Ground anchor spike for controlled tethering during training, fieldwork or other outdoor activities, camping life. The Cork Screw Tether is a simple, effective ground anchor designed to help handlers keep dogs safely tethered while working, training, picking up or on shooting days. Made from superior quality forged steel and plated to resist rust, this tether screws directly into soft ground to provide a secure point to attach a lead, helping maintain control when temptation arises or when you need a dog to stay in place.

Its spiral corkscrew design is quick and easy to install — simply twist the tether into grass, soil or soft terrain and its deep threads help lock it firmly in position. Once secured, the tether acts as a stable anchor point for slip leads or training lines. The robust forged steel construction ensures this everyday accessory performs reliably and stands up to regular field use.

Ground anchors like the Cork Screw Tether provide a secure tether point that lets dogs remain in place while you organise training, manage equipment or take short breaks without constant lead-holding. This helps reduce unnecessary lead handling and supports steadiness work by giving a consistent reference point without immobilising the dog permanently.
